I visited this post office a few weeks ago to renew my passport, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The woman assisting me — I believe her name is Mindy — was extremely rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. After reading other reviews, I’m surprised that someone who lacks basic customer service skills is still allowed to represent this establishment.
If the manager happens to read this, I strongly encourage you to provide additional customer service training or consider assigning a more courteous, professional, and well-spoken employee to handle passport services. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when dealing with important matters like passports.

I watched Chantel ridicule elderly customers and talk to them like they were stupid. She has BIG TIME ATTITUDE and should not represent the Post Office. They she tried talking down to me. Mistake. I called her out on it.

This is a suggestion for the head of this department, please change the lady who is in the passport area. I had my appointment at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:25 pm. I was filling out my new passport form and the lady told me. She said to make another appointment that she wasn't going to attend to because I didn't have the form filled out and she moved on to another one that had already missed her appointment. It's unfair because I stopped going to work to go to this appointment and she comes out and cancels my appointment. I'm super angry. I demand that people like this person be fired, they do not deserve to be in that position.
