- AWAndrea T. WeetchOct 21, 20251.0I visited this post office a few weeks ago to renew my passport, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The woman assisting me — I believe her name is Mindy — was extremely rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. After reading other reviews, I’m surprised that someone who lacks basic customer service skills is still allowed to represent this establishment. If the manager happens to read this, I strongly encourage you to provide additional customer service training or consider assigning a more courteous, professional, and well-spoken employee to handle passport services. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when dealing with important matters like passports.
