The first time UPS did refund the $100, however this last time - after three phone calls and one in person visit- I’m told the claim is denied. These were notarized documents for a property sale. Arriving a week late created an issue with the buyer. That I’ve had to spend a month trying to get a refund is pretty ridiculous. For the record Fed Ex got it there by 8am once I realized UPS had temporarily lost the envelope. Though that cost $200 because of the urgency.

The staff is consistently friendly, and the manager is always on top of things. If there's a line, it moves quickly. There's a handy rear entrance as well, w spacious parking. Highly recommend their services!
