- KSKristina S.Nov 18, 20251.0I walk in and the line is like 7 people deep with two windows open , ok I get that it gets crowded sometimes. As I’m standing there a roach comes crawling out of the desk. A friggin roach, in the POST OFFICE! What the hell, all I could think of is all the mail that goes into peoples houses is sitting there with roaches crawling around it. Disgusting, get an exterminator, there’s no excuse for this. I will never go back to that post office, I’d rather travel farther to one that isn’t disgustingly filthy.

I don't understand the attitude I received, she never even helped me and ended up hanging up on me after she asked me to retrieve the tracking number. I will be calling the Post Master and following up with this.

It was the day of the blizzard my husband was outside from 10AM to 1PM and no one attempted a delivery at 10:40AM as they tried to say they did. Worse then the lying was the attitude of the Supervisor I spoke with. I guess they feel they have no one to answer to so can treat you anyway they choose.
