  The African American lady behind the counter is self entitled. I had to pick up a package for my husband 9 months pregnant. She told me I need to go pick up the slip so I drove 2 HOURS and came back with it to be told I didn’t even need it to pick up. Self entitled. Who does that to someone pregnant? NOT NORMAL

  the people at this place are terrible. i came for a simple return and the worker was very disrespectful. another elderly man asked him for something and he rudely replied thanks for interrupting me. there was a prompt on the screen asking how my experience was and he automatically put the 3rd option, being the best. if you need a return, go somewhere else.

  Worst place to drop off your packages, lady at the desk is the meanest person you can deal with, she needs a husband i guess 🤷‍♂️. If you are unhappy let’s do a collective claim.

  This place is terrible, I have never had such bad experience! I made an appointment at 11 AM today for applying passport for my 2 kids. So we got there at 11, and wait until 11:30, finally it’s our turn. I gave the forms to the woman whose name is Albertha, she said there was a place I filled wrong, so I have to reschedule, I said why do I have to reschedule, I can fix it in 2 minutes, we already wait for 30 minute, She still said yeah you have to reschedule, I said I have an appointment for 11 AM, and I called the school out for my kids already, can you please allow me to fix the form and finish today, we can wait! She said you have to reschedule, the guy who does the passport application not even in today, and the next appointment is already here, you have to reschedule! I was so shocked, this is unbelievable, is that my fault that the guy was not in today?is that my fault that they were running behind? I have an appointment too, my husband my 2 kids and I were just waiting for half hour for nothing, she just told me to reschedule, but why? I’m so confused and so frustrated, I still can’t believe what just happened! Does this normally happen in this place? They are so unprofessional, I highly doubt they are racism, I will call and complain, I can’t just let it go!

  Albertha Albertha Albertha .Today I took time off work to get a passport for my child. I had an appointment at 11 AM, but I waited for at least half an hour. When it was our turn, Albertha looked at the form and said it was filled out incorrectly. We asked if we could fill it out again, but she simply told us to reschedule. She said she couldn't process our application and then added, "Look at how many people are waiting in line!" What does that have to do with us? You're the one with the low efficiency, and we waited for so long, even taking a morning off work. And then Albertha just dismisses us with a simple sentence, forcing us to reschedule and fill out the form again! This employee is so impatient and has a terrible attitude. Sometimes I feel discriminated against! Isn't our time valuable too? We only asked for five minutes to fill out the form again. What did we do wrong?! I will never come here again! The attitude is disgusting!
