Been coming to this location to ship business items and recently got charged afterward for extra $10 without warning at time of shipment because supposedly the box is slightly too big. I’d appreciate if that was known at time of shipping and not accept the shipment and then being retro-charged on it. It’s easy enough for a small business to switch shipping box to avoid the cost as margin for small business is small to begin with, not happy with this experience, such business practice or the partnership here.

Have had all great experiences here. However, NOT the case this Sunday morning. Andrew was very very impatient and short during transaction. Left off part of address, and was very very abrupt when I asked where tracking number was located on receipt. He pointed at it and said, " It's LITERALLY right there." Embarassing, especially in front of other customers. U.S. Post Office, Melville is wayyy friendlier and makes you feel valued as a customer. Will go there next time.
