  It's been months since this happened and I still get angry to this day. I brought in a purse that was being sent back to the retailer. The gentleman assisting me said hed pack it up for me, he put the box to the side and give me a receipt. Fast forward to 2 weeks later I never received my refund from the retailer.. I call and they say they were shipped back an empty box. This without a doubt was the most frustrating moment. It is clear what happened here. Avoid this store if you can. And if you do drop off a package take pictures for proof.

  Anytime I walk into UPS, the employees are soo welcoming with their friendly faces; that already makes it a pleasant experience. Furthermore, they are quick and efficient. Sometimes, I just need to quickly ship something out and go. They realize that, act quickly, and always make sure I leave with the receipt! Lastly, they're just very helpful! I came in one day asking about the PO boxes, and he explained it in such a simple and easy way. Definitely 10/10 experience with them always!!

  HUGE shoutout to Andrew and Miles for being the best customer service team tonight. My husband and I have been trying to get a passport photo done for our baby for over a week now. Multiple attempts to Walgreens and CVS were completely useless. We called this UPS location on the later end but they still were able to accommodate us. They even helped in a timely manner despite the rush of people. You don’t find people like them anymore who will go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you again guys!

  They used to be friendly, but now they are busy and NOT FRIENDLY. The guy with the long ponytail is exceptionally rude. I came 12 min before closing time and the staff gave me a lot of attitude and told me i needed to come 15 min before closing. They spoke loud as if to scold me. I hate coming here because of staff attitude and finally decided to post a review and find a friendlier place. Ce.
