I was nice I had no idea what the process was and said that and asked for guidance and help. I was treated terribly. Given zero help and the run around being made to get in and out of line given partial information; although others were allowed to cut back in front of the line. There was no respect for me as a paying customer/person or my time. Others in the line felt the same way and were being treated horribly also. Drive the few extra minutes and go to a different location, save yourself the hassle. I left in tears after being talked down to and laughed at without mailing out my passport application.
