  In town for a month and staying in a vacation rental, so I don’t have a printer. Needed to make an Amazon return but didn’t have a printer for the label. Figured I could just pay the cost of printing a piece of paper at UPS. On arrival, I was informed it was $2 to print a single piece of paper. That is absolutely insane. A piece of printer paper costs less than a penny! I was thinking they would charge $0.25-$0.50 at most. I left and went to Staples instead, after confirming it would only cost $0.30 to print a page out there. With as many options as people have these days to do business, making it harder to do business with you isn’t a great route to take.

  I always bringing loads of packages to ups for my business. The staff are always so kind to me. They greet me and when I’m done they wish me a wonderful rest of my day. That makes it worth going there 3-4 days a week.

  I recently had an antique Oak chair shipped from STAIR Auction house in Hudson, NY to my home in Cadiz, Ohio. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The heavy Oak chair was packed and padded very well with lots of bubble-wrap. One small dowel broke but is easily fixed. If I bought another item from STAIR Auction, I'd not hesitate to use UPS Store 5539 again. Thanks guys, you did an excellent job!

  I was very stressed when I dropped a package at the store that had to be at its destination by noon the following day. It was a medical test result that I had already sent vis USPS which never arrived. Even though I checked the info on the shipping label, I realized when I returned home that the address I had given was incorrect. I immediately called the store and Kiara was able to catch the outgoing shipment and correct the address, without my having to drive an hour back. I realize Kiara went above and beyond on my behalf once I explained the situation. She even called me back with the new tracking number. I am so appreciative and cannot thank her enough.
