- JSJessica Spate5 days ago5.0Went to this location (as opposed to Middletown) to file a child’s passport application. The experience was seamless, efficient, and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable and processed the paperwork quickly. She even recommended and took a new picture of my child since the one I had done at Walgreens did not meet regulation. It is rare to encounter someone who knows their job and is happy to do it. 10/10, highly recommend!

We had scheduled the appointment for 1pm and the actual location says closed at that time for lunch. The girl saw it wasn't our fault or hers but she help us with the process and even took the time to retake our baby's picture. We greatly appreciate it.

It is overseen by the Middletown post office, which through their actions seems to have little or no regard for how it is taken care of over the past year a pattern that has developed isroutinely usually on Tuesdays there is no first class mail delivered to this office. It is obvious that someone is just deciding not to work that day the latest time it happened was on a Saturday. about two weeks ago suddenly everyone in the Post office was receiving their mail with these yellow tags at the bottom that the mail had been returned as undeliverable. Come to find out that someone that was filling in at this office sent back all the incoming first class mail one day I guess they didn’t feel like working. Meanwhile, the post office continues to raise its rates usually a couple of times a year for what can be defined as the worst possible level of customer service. Today is photo shows the tattered American flag flying out front, which will most likely never be addressed unless I make an issue of itto me that tells you everything that’s going on inside. Disgusting
