- BSBee SFeb 21, 20261.0I had a passport appointment scheduled a month in advance, showed up with my infant, and no one could help because only one employee is trained for passports. I received no cancellation notice, and now I’ll have to wait another month or two. Appointments are always fully booked, yet they don’t have enough trained staff to cover absences. Extremely frustrating and poorly managed. There is no manager ever on site.
