  Just came in on Monday with an armful of returns. Walked in and first thing I saw was floor and counter space covered with boxes and items. Despite her already large workload the worker was wonderfully helpful and accommodating. To whomever reads this. Arianna needs a massive raise!!

  Unbelievable I just went in there to do a package. The person at the counter was so rude, rolled her eyes, and when I kindly said smile, she looked at me with a death stare like I was doing something wrong. I turned around and left and said that I would be notifying her superior.

  The worst ups store ever they never answer there phones when you go in they make an excuse why they can't do there job and say the manager has to do it but yet she is never in. They lost a package and now are trying to avoid the fact of it because some stole it and is gonna have a nice Christmas gift!

  I dropped off a package on Saturday and it is still sitting there. It was never picked up today, which is completely unacceptable. I will never do business here again. On top of that, the place was filthy, which is highly unprofessional. Not to mention, the female employee was dressed inappropriately and was not wearing a bra.

  My mother sent me a package and we tried to change the address 2 days before it was due to arrive, the 2 differwjt representatives her and I both spoke with confirmed twice that the change was good to go. The app also confirmed this. It still went to the original address after going through. the city I changed the address to. Spent another $24 because the package would need to be shipped again and somehow it gained 2 lbs in the kalispell store, It shipped from kalispell to butte ups store because Google stated the store was open. Butte store was permantly closed, had to change address again. Package was never delived to the address when the rep said it would be. Have yet to see this $100 shipment. Unfortunately when we tried to get assistance for this in the store in horseheads they directed us to contact the carrier, when I would try to get assistance with the carrier they would tell me to contact the store. I will never voluntarily use UPS again.
