  The lady that answered the phone today, November 21, 2025 at 11:08 AM I called to get simple information and she was very rude and very resistant trying to help me retain the information people like that make peoples businesses look horrible and again this is an Horseheads Store, so I’m pretty sure there’s only a few of them and a few of them at work At this exact time and answer the phone So my advice would be to you be more respectful because one of these days you’re gonna find somebody that’s even more disrespectful then you can imagine

  I had been working on a project early this week with the most patient attentive young guy. I was so impressed thAt being so young he was so efficient, kind and polite. Later I noticed that my laptop was missing. I came back to the store on Thursday and a older middle age woman whom you would think would surpass the young men in customer service skills , unfortunately to my dismay the opposite. She was rude and condescending to me in front of everyone at the store just because i asked politely if I had left my computer there. She needs to be trained by the younger man. She lacks common skills.

  driver constantly drops packages at end of 125 foot driveway asking for them to be stolen and food deliveries left in the sun along road, boxes constantly crushed when delivered. assume afraid of dogs but fedex and post office both asked if they were friendly and wow actually deliver to the porch......
