  I was charged $2 cash (a little shady) for a small pice of tape. Had a Amazon return should have just went to Copy shop across the street that also take UPS packages. This happened about 2 weeks ago. Won't be going back.

  Was in the store the day after Christmas yes it was busy but the customer service was excellent. A young gentleman by the name of Brandon showed me the process of self checking out very easy to do and well explained. Was very impressed at how well this group works. Thx.

  This is a very small UPS Store with a tiny waiting area. I unfortunately went at a very busy time, and the store was completely packed—so much so that people had to wait outside in freezing weather. Once I got inside, it became clear why they were so backed up: poor management. I had a prepaid drop-off package with an e-label, meaning it should have been a quick drop-and-go. However, the owner/manager insisted that I wait in line just to get a receipt “for tracking,” even though I already had the tracking number from my prepaid label. I clearly told him I did not need a receipt, yet he still refused to take the package unless I waited behind multiple customers who were creating labels and paying—much longer transactions. Meanwhile, everyone was squeezed into an extremely small space. This makes no sense at all. A receipt has never been mandatory for a prepaid drop-off, and I’ve dropped packages at many UPS Stores before without this issue. I won’t be coming back to this location. The manager really needs to update his mindset and improve the way the store is run.
