I needed to know how to set up informed delivery so I know when specific insurance paperwork arrives that I'd have my father pick up for me (and urgently need). You won't find someone more positive or helpful than that. Thank you so much.

No issues with him at all, but for some reason i always get someone rude on the phone or get hung up on when i call the Post Office with an issue or concern. Very disappointing for such a charming small town.
