- MMMohammedDec 11, 20251.0I checked my USPS account and saw that two letters from Bank of America were delivered to my address on Saturday. Since I have a USPS account, I can see every piece of mail that is supposed to arrive for me. A short while after the mail carrier delivered the letters, I checked my mailbox and found that one of the envelopes was missing. The missing envelope contained a credit card. The mail carrier scanned the envelope, so they should clearly know where it was placed. However, today I discovered that someone has already used that credit card to make purchases. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. USPS should investigate this issue immediately.

- SYShaon YousufSep 9, 20251.0Never ever coming to this place again. I made a passport renewal appointment for 330pm and came at 320pm (10mins early as stated on the appointment confirmation). When we arrived, we were told to wait as the person who does passports was out for lunch. We waited for 20mins and asked what time will the passport renewal person come so that maybe we can come back later. The manager lady came out and spoke to us in a rude manner that she doesn't know when the passport renewal person will come and we will have to wait. I got upset and told her why give appointments if you can't meet them. She got all defensive and explained to me that the appointments are made by some other office and they have no control over them. How is this my problem? You are a government office, you guys can't figure out a way schedule appointments outside of an employees lunch hour. Honestly, the situation could have been de-escalated if the manager just spoke to us nicely but she spoke to us in a very rude and aggressive manner. She acted like we were at their mercy and have to do whatever she said. Like our time has no value, only theirs. The manager seriously needs to be fired or get rigorous training on how to behave properly with customers.
