- LWLeatrice WhitneyJan 5, 20261.0This UPS location in Queens Village is consistently understaffed, and it has become an ongoing and unresolved problem. Every time I come here, there is a line out the door with only two employees working, even though I know the store has hired additional staff who are either not scheduled consistently or not present when needed. To make matters worse, the return kiosk is broken, which further slows down service and forces customers to wait even longer. This issue has been going on for quite some time, and management has clearly failed to address it. I want to be very clear: this is not the fault of the employees working the counter. They are doing the best they can under poor management decisions. However, customers should not repeatedly have to pay the price for inadequate staffing, broken equipment, and a lack of accountability from management. This location shows a clear pattern of poor customer appreciation and inefficient service. Management needs to take responsibility, properly staff the store, fix the kiosk, and stop allowing this same situation to happen over and over again. Until then, I cannot recommend this location.

I went here yesterday and of course during the holiday season there were only 2 people at the desk, one of which was chit chatting with the same customer for about an hour while the line was out the door. The workers have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Talking and laughing with one customer, who had ONE box for almost an hour while u have a line out of the door is ridiculous. Not one time did either worker look up to see how many people were waiting. Not to mention the store was a mess!

I only go to UPS a few times when necessary but this location is definitely above all. Thank you so much to the amazing staff, 10/10 would recommend.

If you know what you're doing and you have a lot of packages to return get all your packages in the plastic baggie then print the labels it will go super fast you will be in and out in lightning speed
