Acts annoyed as soon as you enter the post office and barely can get the words out, “ can I help you?” They should really consider sending her to a training on how to better interact with the community.

Most recently, I was shipping something out that I sold on eBay for 16 dollars. I paid 3 or so dollars for the box, which is whatever I guess.... but when I went to ship it out, I asked for the cheapest option (which was was displayed on the screen) she told me I could get priority mail which was 2 day shipping, and included insurance. I told her "no, I don't need insurance, I want the cheapest option". I paid with my debit card, and left. When I looked at the receipt, she charged me for the priority, and insurance. Which costed 8$. So I spent about 11$ (under estimation) to ship something that I sold for 16$... thanks. Next time I'll go to the whitesboro post office.
