- RRRiot90Mar 5, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I recently received. My package was mishandled and returned to me damaged, with items destroyed and some contents missing. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering the responsibility entrusted to the postal service when handling customers’ mail and packages. What made the situation even more frustrating is how difficult it has been to get in contact with anyone for assistance. Attempting to reach a representative or get help resolving the issue has been nearly impossible. I rely on the postal service to handle my packages with care and professionalism, but this experience has been the complete opposite. Due to this situation and the lack of support in resolving it, I will no longer be using their services. I expect better accountability, improved handling of packages, and a more accessible customer service process for resolving issues like this.

- EEEric ElenowitzDec 19, 20251.0Not sure what goes on here but whenever I get personal Cards/letters delivered to my house they're torn open as if a postal worker was trying to steal whatever is inside. It's never the bills but always personal cards. Every single card delivered is torn open.
