- MMMatthew ManjaNov 15, 20171.0Steven was rude and insulting. When I inquired as to why my mail was not being delivered he stated that I was not within federal compliance with my mailbox. When I assured him that my mailbox would be repaired ummediately and expected my mail to be delivered today he put a hold on my address. I had to drive 30 min each way to pick up a package that would have never fot in any standard mailbox. No wonder usps is being phased out. They don't deserve jobs.
