- MMmima7230Oct 26, 20251.0My mail is constantly delivered to a different address. When I track them, it says that they were delivered. Nothing I can do when it says that. No place to e-mail and inquire. When I called, the person answering the phone says: "It happened again?' Three times in less than four weeks. I was supposed to get a package on Saturday (October 25)and the mail NEVER came. The carrier must have taken a sick day. When I looked it up it says that the package was being held at the post office by MY REQUEST! UNBELIEVABLE! I'm sure if I call there will be an excuse. Since I can't prove anything there will be nothing I can do. Are they upset that I call when the tracking says that it was delivered but I never got it? I pay money for these packages, they are not free. I need and have the right to find out where they were delivered and get them back. Update: December 2025. I ordered an item and the tracking said it was to be delivered on a certain date. When I didn't get it and I looked it said that it was being held at the post office at 'customer's request'. AGAIN!!!! There was no mail on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I didn't know that they took days of the week off. I understand delays but I do not appreciate it when they say that 'I' requested something I didn't. If I ask the shipping company they will say that 'I requested it to be held'. I hate being used as an excuse to not do their work.

I called the automated computer tracking phone number and after choosing many many options and putting in 22 tracking character numbers I was disconnected. USPS always leaves packages at my front door yet they didn’t on Dec 9th and I didn't get any mail. I can only assume my mail is lost. Mail picked up at postoffice this AM December 11, 2017. There was no mail delivery December 9th due to snow.
