- CTCJ TOct 30, 20251.0If I could do zero stars I would. The only good thing about this post office are their hours and 24/7 access to P.O. Boxes. Customer service is non existent. Missing packages are constant. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. They do not forward mail when you give them the filled out forms. Now my mail is all over the place and important mail and packages are missing. The QR code for surveys I’ve filled out, I suggest everyone do the same maybe corp or someone higher up can swap out the workers there. There’s only one knowledgeable worker she’s been there for years an older middle eastern/Indian woman and she’s the only efficient clerk there.

The attention from Rose was amazing, she was very helpful, fast and did the process with no problem, attitude or complaints even again I didn't gave an appointment. Honestly a great experience!
