I had an issue with a package that has not even left the state I ordered it from and was supposed to be delivered to me 2 days ago. The most help she could provide me was to tell me there is nothing they can do. Not even telling me if my package was in transit after I provided a tracking number. I was asking questions concerning about my package and she insisted I was getting upset and told me to stop yelling even though my voice never even came close to an angry tone. She couldn’t wait to get me out of there and no matter how I tried to ask for even the smallest bit of help, it was like I was in the wrong for even asking. Yet the post office in queens told me my package hasn’t left the state. Straight disrespectful and completely unhelpful
