My experience here was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns. They do not follow their posted operating hours, closing early without notice and leaving customers stranded. The lack of reliability makes this location one of the worst UPS stores I’ve visited. Even worse, I experienced incorrect charges and unexplained fees that felt completely unjustified. Consumers deserve transparency, and this location consistently fails to provide it. After my visit, I also noticed unauthorized activity on my credit card, which is extremely alarming. While I can’t say for certain what happened, the timing was concerning enough that I will never return. If you’re searching for a trustworthy shipping or printing location in Hicksville, NY, I strongly recommend choosing another UPS Store. This one has unreliable service, questionable billing practices, and zero accountability. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
