I gave them my name, clearly, and somehow ended up as “Mathew Galottu.” Not even close. At that point, I was half expecting them to hand my order to someone named Michael Giraffe. They told me same-day printing costs more than next-day, so I said, “No problem, I’ll take next-day.” Naturally, they immediately started printing it right in front of me. When I said, “Wait, shouldn’t you ask if I want to pay the more expensive price?” they just smiled and said, “It’s okay.” Oh, well — as long as they’re okay, right? Prints came out fine, but the process felt like an improv comedy show no one rehearsed for. Five stars for entertainment value, two for actual service.

This place is ridiculously overpriced there's a line in every time you go in there I don't know for what, I don't know who buys this stuff but let me tell you it's crazy get your stuff from Amazon save yourself the time and energy and gas and money cheaper and easier to return it takes forever in a day, at this location. If you're returning for Amazon don't bother there was six people deep in the line other employees were standing around doing nothing and one guy was at the register I waited 20 minutes and I left the line didn't move don't bother going to the Staples at all get it from Amazon as I will be doing from now on for everything I made a mistake of coming here.
