- PPPreya PatelNov 30, 20251.0I have been giving them business for a few years now. Each time I cannot upload files to the site, they tell me to email it. I emailed in two postcard jobs (2000 cards) and ask if they can do it by end of day. They said yes and I asked the price. I was told she would call me back and without calling me, they charged my card - instead of my normal $550 - $3112.00. When i saw the charge over the weekend the staff and supervisor both said it was my fault that I didn't send it via canva. And canva doesnt even have a 4x6 option. Then they said they had to stay late... basically several reasons they would not honor what I always pay. I called customer service but they said the district had to take care of it. I called the district manager who also said she couldn't do it for more that 30% off, which is still like 4 times the normal amount I pay. Finally this went back and forth with them not budging and overall poor communication between staff, supervisor and district manager, until I told her I was going to call the credit card company and tell them it was fraud as I had never approved the charge - which was true. And magically, they managed to charge me the amount I usually pay. So..I will never be returning to this branch. The only reason I gave this a 1 star is because there is no option for zero. The staff here is generally nice but when they make a mistake then everything changes and they blame you.

Charged me extra money for 10 copies I printed only 4 copies and then she said oo I thought it is 10 copies but again she charges me more because she said it for our service $3 ..
