- HMH MMar 11, 20261.0I stopped by this post office to ship out a letter and unfortunately had a very disappointing customer service experience. While I was standing at the counter, I heard someone say something but it wasn’t clear to me, so I politely said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that.” The employee then responded in a very rude tone, “I asked how can I help you.” There’s a saying that sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say it, and the tone used was completely unnecessary. Just because I didn’t hear the question the first time doesn’t give someone the right to be rude. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that dealing with people all day can be challenging, but professionalism and basic courtesy should always come first. Unfortunately, the service I experienced here was not professional at all.

Every single person that has helped me here was very nice and completed my service quickly. This location, at least when I go, is always relatively quiet and never extremely busy. I'll probably never go to another post office branch besides this one ever again.
