I’m giving this post office such a high rating of 3 stars overall ONLY because of John is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional — the type of person who actually makes you feel good about coming in. Every time he assists me, I leave with a smile. Unfortunately, my experiences with Trish have been the opposite. She’s consistently rude, dismissive, and acts irritated the moment I step up to the counter. I’ve never been disrespectful to her, yet she treats me like I’m bothering her just by being a customer. It genuinely makes visits here stressful, and it shouldn’t feel like that small building very stuffed feeling full. come at weird times to avoid foot traffic it will be there.

Personally my experience at this office all the staff are professional, positive energy, knowledgeable and helpful. No matter how much stress and frustration they receive from these negative customers they withstand it all. They are not your punching bags allow them to do their job and be great at it. You all are the real problem and behind the counter are the real heroes for being able to deal with all the crap. Mo, Sue, Trish, Toya and John are amazing people. I personally thank you all for sticking it through. I commend you all. Thank you

Every single person that has helped me here was very nice and completed my service quickly. This location, at least when I go, is always relatively quiet and never extremely busy. I'll probably never go to another post office branch besides this one ever again.
