For the third time I've had a package delayed delivery and paid extra for ground advantage, the last two times I went in to see about it the so called post master, is how she introduced herself laughed and said ground advantage was a joke. No wonder USPS is going under. Shakes my head.

After one appears, usually wearing the look of dreading an iffy village court appearance that night, you do your business and leave. That's about it.
