- RRRTSep 19, 20255.0This is the best Post Office in Suffolk! Never a long line; the staff is very efficient. They respect your time, and know you have to get back to work. Additionally, they are always helpful and polite. If you picked the wrong box or there is better way to send it? They take the time to explain it. Plus the lobby is always CLEAN and smells fresh!

- KPKathleen ProfitJul 29, 20241.0I just walked into this post office in Hauppauge on Oser Ave. Can I tell you it’s Monday afternoon at 2:00 pm. It was quite 2 customers!! All I wanted was to send out a pkg to my son in the US Navy! I asked the agent at the window if she could help me and she told me to fill out a slip. I was very clear that I wasn’t sure how to fill it out and asked her if she could help me.She told me fill it out and bring it up. I did but I noticed right away I didn’t do it right. ( first time sending out to ship). She then decided to spend the next 10 minutes sharing pictures on her phone with the costumer That came in after me. So I finally walked out and went to UPS ,can I tell you no questions asked. They not only were so professional they printed and sent it out no problem! Life is so short. People need to be more nicer and respectful. I understand we all have not so good days. But she didn’t give me the time of day! If she doesn’t like dealing with the public she shouldn’t be working at a post office ! If you’re reading this….Just saying , I never write reviews. But I was so disappointed! I came in the post office feeling so happy to send my son a pkg and left feeling sad.
