- KGKaelyn GurneyOct 28, 20251.0my husband and i went in to ship a package 4 days ago and we were greeted by a man with one hand, i think his name was Ulysses. he seemed perfectly nice at first. we had a safety concern with our address being located on the box, and there was a label that had our address that he folded into the inside but i also wanted to edit our address listed on the current label. my husband saw him fold it in and tried to say that he wanted that removed. ulysses kept asking what the address we wanted on the new label was but we wanted the original label removed first. it wasn’t long before ulysses got extremely pissed off at us for having a concern, he stated, “it doesn’t matter what’s on the box, i fixed it. what do you want on the new label?” but nothing was fixed. he increasingly got angrier as we kept saying to remove the original sticker on the box. we ended up leaving and shipping at another fedex. his attitude was disgusting, he rolled his eyes and laughed when we told him we were going to another store, as if he just gave us the most exceptional customer service. if the man with one hand is working, ulysses or whatever, AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!
