They hold packages back all the time, close early so I can't get them without leaving work early, and you can't get anyone on the phone to talk to them. Absolutely terrible.

I have gone and spoken to the post master several times. While she is very nice, the issues are NEVER resolved. They for three years have left my packages either on the front steps twelve feet from the road where they get stolen or leave them on two whole address away property. The instructions are clear on how to deliver the package and where to deliver it everytime. I have a damn sign in the window and a box that is clearly labeled on the porch. I have a camera on that porch. Today again my package was delivered who knows where and who knows who took it. I can prove they never stepped foot on MY mailing address domain though and did not deliver the package where it belonged, opting again to just throw it near the curb for some random person to again help themselves to. I have asked for them to hold packages and they wont and instead send them back. I have asked for them to allow me to pick the package up and she wont, she is too busy to find my package, I will just have to wait for it to hopefully be delivered the next day. I am so sick of this damn post office. Hundreds of dollars lost 😢

The worst. So many times a package goes through Syracuse to Hastings - then goes BACK to Syracuse only to come back to Hastings 2-3 days later. I'd take UPS or FedEx over USPS for parcels any day. Disappointing.
