- MMmarkDec 27, 20251.0Harrisville, ny post office will not bother delivering mail, if there is an inch of snow on the ground. Save yourself a lot of frustration and use any other delivery service. Also, I was sitting at my table from 2:15 to 3:00, no mail delivery person was at my address at the time they stated, 2:23 pm. and not one vehicle slowed down at my mail box.
