I went in simply trying to get information about a slip that was mailed to me — something I didn’t recognize or understand. Since I don’t work for USPS, I expected a little guidance and clarity. Instead, the front desk employee was incredibly rude and dismissive. Before I could even explain the situation, she cut me off and said, “I’m not doing the back and forth with you,” even though I had only managed to get a single word out while showing her the document. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. As a customer, it shouldn’t be this difficult to receive help or even a simple explanation. A little patience and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, I experienced neither here. Just completely disappointing and unhelpful.

I had to come to Harrison and I wish I had sooner. I showed up early for my appointment, but Shanice assisted me immediately. She was so pleasant and knoweldgeable- I was finished in 10 minutes. She listened and provided tremendous customer service. She is a great asset to the post office and I can't thank her enough for her assistance. It seems as if the whole staff in Harrison is pleasant and I commend them. I will come here from now on.
