The two people at the front desk were absolutely amazing very helpful and we’re able to provide in my mail that was imperative that I receive it accidentally went from Monroe to Herriman and they had it and they were very polite kind and I give them five stars just wanted to say it’s also very clean and nice in there. The staff was great.
- DDD DApr 21, 20201.0I have mailed gifts in birthday cards from Georgia over the years to one particular address in Harriman and the cards & gifts never arrived. The delivery mailbox is locked so no one other than the Post office employee and addressee can access the box. I have followed the same process with other addresses in NY and have NEVER had an issue. When I spoke with someone in the Harriman Post Office they could care less about anything I had to say. It seems that if a card or package seems enticing, someone in the post office deems the item to be theirs! USPS has gone down the tubes through the years but Harriman is the epitome of pathetic, incompetent service.
