- NNNaudiaFeb 26, 20261.0I had an extremely concerning experience at this post office that other customers need to be aware of. A package addressed to me was held for pickup, and I received a slip clearly listing my name. When I checked the tracking information, it showed the package had already been picked up by someone at the post office. I did NOT authorize anyone to retrieve it, and no one at my address collected it. I was told that ID was checked before releasing the package. If that is true, then the identification clearly did not match my name or address — which means proper verification procedures were not followed. If ID was not properly verified, that is even more alarming. When I attempted to resolve this issue, the manager, Jose Valez, was dismissive and rude. I was told that the cameras “don’t work,” which is extremely concerning for a facility responsible for handling sensitive mail and packages. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no clear path toward resolution. This is not just about a missing package. This is about basic security procedures and professionalism. Releasing mail to unauthorized individuals is a serious breach of trust. Customers deserve better oversight, functioning security systems, and management that takes responsibility when mistakes happen. Be cautious when picking up held packages at this location

A wonderful lady, as well as the other staff members, are truly excellent. They are always ready to help customers with any issue within their competence. This is a highly capable team, and when you see them at work, you understand why the U.S. Postal Service functions so efficiently. America stands on people like these. It was they and their ancestors who built this great country. May God bless all such Americans and America itself.
