I asked him if i can grab a box for Express delivery overnight and he told me they don’t do the service anymore which is a lie! Had no issue at the Southampton location! If you don’t want to do your job why are you there?!!!!

The woman is hard of hearing and even if she does hear you, she doesn't listen to the words you are saying. Very dense, thick skulled people work here. Avoid them if you don't want to be yelled at because they don't feel like doing their job the correct way.
