- JSJacqueline smithNov 9, 20191.0My sister was called today to b informed that her PO box payment was due on the 31St and she had 10 days to make the payment and the 10th day is sunday however sunday is not a business day and monday they r closed for a holiday the woman was rude she called right before closing time and my sister was informed that if it wasnt paid by tomorrow she would be charged $22.00 FOR A LATE FEE SHE ASKED IF SHE COULD COME PAY IT RIGHT THEN AND THE WOMAN SAID NOPE WE CLOSE IN THREE MIN. MY SISTER LIVES RIGHT NEAR THE OLD NEDS STORE WOULDNT HAVE TAKEN LONG AT ALL TO get there but the woman refused to wait. I am going to b looking into this fee cause I think that's a bit much for a late payment and I think the woman working there may need some personality training and to learn some people skills.
