My pets medication has been sitting in there facility since 12/29 and i cannot get a hold of a person that will help me locate the package so i can get my dog his medication that he has been without because of the horrible mail service! Two different websites tell me different things, one of which said it would be delivered yesterday by 9, but it wasn't. Another says it’s pending acceptance. I can see why they are slowly going out of business!
