- DHDesiree HollandMar 13, 20261.0This is not my first complaint or situation where my package was sent to my location area then returned to the original location and then making its way back to my location. It’s hard to speak to someone and no one ever has answers or tries to understand my concern of why a package arrived in Albany only to be sent back and then shipped back out to where it just was. It’s frustrating. Clearly mistakes are being made but how? I also get other people’s mail in my box all the time and my mail in other peoples mailbox. Do these USPS people just not care? You’re representing the oldest mail delivery in America and yet you’re the worst. I’m sure you all get paid more than I yet I give 100% while I’m on the clock and I don’t believe that’s the case for USPS. And today this is how my package was delivered? Where is the respect? Who pulls up to a house half on their lawn and driveway as a mailman?!?? Who trains these people?!

They are always kind, and genuinely cares about the people on this side of the counter. GREAT people. (I usually don't leave good reviews. for me to leave 5 stars, it means they are THAT good).
