  They were suppose to deliver product. Never called me the day before. Received email on day of delivery that time window is between 12pm to 4pm. No one showed up. At night when I tracked delivery it was marked that driver arrived at 8 am in the morning eventhough we were at house that time. Pathetic service

  Be careful with this company: they send out an email saying if you have MORE than one flight of stairs, to get in touch. It turns out that if you even a a SINGLE flight of stairs, they will NOT move a Tread+ up those stairs, even if you offer to help them yourself. And then, they treat it like it's your fault for not letting them know there was a single (and short, BTW) flight of stairs. I've been on the phone for HOURS over two days just to have them come back. They say they need three people to move that machine, which I understand, but then it's their responsibility to provide enough workers to do this, or tell the customer that if they have one flight of stairs, they need to notify them. VERY unhappy with this company, since my machine is still not set up, with no assurance of a window for when they will address this problem. I would avoid this company at all costs if you have a choice.

  I was supposed to have a tv delivered on 9/12. Day of, I get a notification I needed to choose a different delivery date. The first available date was October 1st. Not happy waiting 2 weeks, I called to see if they would deliver the tv without install, just drop it off and I’d set it up myself, no big deal. Was told that was not a possibility. Not surprising, the day before 10/1 I get a notification that I need to reschedule and the earliest date is 10/11. Almost another 2 weeks…called to see if I could just go pick it up since the warehouse is only 30 min from my house. Was basically told no, so I’m stuck waiting to see if it actually comes in the 11th. Doubtful it will. Very surprised Samsung would have a contract with this company.

  I placed an IKEA order online and came here to pick it up. I was a little concerned about the negative reviews. The experience was great. A few seconds after I confirmed the arrival, a representative came out with a smile 😊. In a couple of minutes I had my order and they helped me to put it in the car. Amazing.
