I don't think I have been this frustrated about a company's incompetence. RXO was supposed to deliver a dishwasher and haul away an old one on Tuesday. For the haul away, I offered to disconnect my old dishwasher. I am not joking when I said when I came back up from my basement to continue with the disconnect, the guys were GONE. They just left my house even though I have said I wanted this gone today. I called back immediately and the delivery guys have marked the haul-away as complete! Fine - a few bad apples maybe. So I reschedule a pickup to Thursday (I literally have a dishwasher in the middle of my small kitchen, and a toddler running around, but fine, whatever). Thursday came, I haven't received any update. I called. I was then informed NO ONE WAS COMING TODAY. Even the rep on the phone said the notes on my account did confirm the pickup on Thursday. Fine, for a second time - let's reschedule to Friday. I even received an email AND text confirming pickup. Friday came. I have no updates. I called again, and I was promptly informed that the pick up is supposed to happen tomorrow, Saturday. The incompetence is baffling. Their offshore call center is completely useless. I spend an hour on each call just to be told they are sorry and they understand. I don't know how you can avoid this company because I did not engage RXO when I bought my dishwasher, but if you are selecting logistics vendor - please consider my experience.

RXO Logistics is an absolute nightmare. I scheduled a refrigerator delivery for a Friday, took a day off work, and they completely failed me. Not only did the delivery never show up, but their communication was utterly deplorable—no calls, no texts, no updates. I had to call them multiple times just to get vague, unhelpful responses. Because of their incompetence, I lost a day’s pay and over $1,000 in groceries that spoiled without a fridge. RXO wasted a whole day and expected em to sit around for a whole weekend with zero regard for my time or money. Avoid this company unless you want to be ignored and screwed over.

I am very disappointed with my current delivery experience. I was told delivery would occur between 4–8 PM on Friday. By 7 PM, there was still no delivery and no notification — unlike my previous experience, where I received a call when the driver was en route. When I called to check, I was told the delivery could not happen because they “didn’t have the correct address.” My phone number was on file — why did no one call to clarify? A simple review of the route or a quick phone call would have easily resolved any address questions. We waited all day. To make matters worse, we have a 5-day-old baby in the house without a refrigerator. The only response from customer service was that "someone will call to reschedule" — but no one has followed up, and we still do not know when our delivery will be completed. Samsung should seriously reconsider using this logistics carrier — this level of service is unacceptable. I expect an immediate update and confirmation of delivery for tomorrow.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Not sure how they can be a “logistics” company when no one seems to have any idea what’s going on. About to schedule my FOURTH attempt at a pickup for Peloton, and mind you, these are all one month apart because that’s the earliest they can do for some reason. I’ll spare you the details of each failed attempt. It’s excuse after excuse and not one solution. Avoid at all costs.

If there was a way to give less than one star I would. My husband ordered a treadmill from Amazon that had in home delivery contracted through RXO with a scheduled delivery date of 12/17/24. My husband scheduled it for when I was going to be working to keep it a surprise. RXO sent a text to my husband a week before confirming the delivery date and he confirmed via text. Late on 12/13/24 my husband received a text that the treadmill would be delivered on Saturday 12/14/24 between 8 AM and 11 AM. My husband called them immediately and spoke to RXO. We were not going to be home and this was to be delivered as an “In home delivery” and that means delivered to the room if your choice. My husband also explained this was a Christmas surprise and was a scheduled delivery for 12/17/24. The woman he spoke to said someone had to be home to sign for it and she said she put a hold on the delivery and that it would be delivered on the scheduled date of 12/17/24. We got a call from the driver at 7:30 AM saying he was delivering the treadmill at 8 AM. My husband told him it wasn’t supposed to be delivered today and a hold was placed on it. Geoff went into detail and the driver said he understood and wouldn’t deliver it. However, at 8 AM our ring camera showed it was delivered. This resulted in ruining our Saturday plans because my husband had to be on the phone with Amazon for an hour and a half. Amazon said this was unacceptable but RXO refused to pick up the treadmill and deliver it on the scheduled day even though Amazon said they needed to. The driver wasn’t picking up the phone either. We had to cancel our plans and lost money on our scheduled events due to RXO’s negligence. Our Saturday was ruined. In addition, RXO also ruined my Christmas surprise. They are so unprofessional. Amazon was frustrated in dealing with them as well. I hope Amazon doesn’t pay for the delivery service since it wasn’t done correctly. The treadmill was supposed to be brought inside and signed for and neither happened. Plus it was a scheduled delivery for a specific day. Since my husband received a text confirmation directly from RXO, they were aware of the scheduled date. I also don’t understand why the hold wasn’t placed as promised by the female RXO employee on Friday night (12/13/24). I don’t understand why the driver would say he wouldn’t deliver the treadmill but proceed to deliver it anyway. Isn’t that outright lying? Does this company have leadership? RXO doesn’t deserve to be in business. I hope Amazon never contracts with them again. They are the worst.
