When I walked into the office, I was not greeted and before I can even say anything to the clerk, she told me I’m not printing anything I am not able to print anything. She is very rude and probably shouldn’t be working at a post office where she has to actually converse with people. There should be no reason that her QR scanner does not work and she doesn’t have a printer to do returns.

The post lady called me on Friday and informed me that she would look into the problem. On Monday, she called me back and assured me that I would get a pink slip in the mail the next day. When I got home from work the pink slip was in my mailbox like she promise. I was so worried that I would not get my package but I got it. Thank you for your help and reassuring me.
