Quite possibly the worst post office in NY. We sold an item on eBay and dropped it off to be shipped to the buyer with them. They never scanned in the package when we dropped it off so they had no idea where it was or if it was even sent out. They claimed since they never scanned it, they had no proof that there even was a package. So not only did they lose it, now we have to refund the buyer. Thanks to them we are down both a playstation, the $100 we had to refund, and the $15 we paid for shipping labels. Their only response “sorry, you’re out of luck. It’s not really our problem.” Avoid this place at all costs!

Great service, calls me if there is a problem with delivering my package, (can’t fit into the mail box at home), and let’s me know they have it waiting for me, and friendly employees
