I see a lot of valid issues in other people's reviews and am sad to see it. My experience has been more positive and I'm sharing it just to give some credit where due. I think it's important to note that at first when I walk into the post office the ladies seem busy or nervous, but as soon as I'm polite and friendly they are wonderfully friendly and helpful, too. I witnessed the most shameful, horrific, abusive behavior toward one of them once, and so I think they're literally afraid of the public sometimes. One time, I watched a lady **scream** "GET MY PACKAGE" in the most entitled, disrespectful manner that I never imagined someone person would use. It is so sad how people feel entitled to act like that, and I keep that in mind when I interact with the postal workers.

Joann is the best postal delivery driver I’ve ever had! She goes out of her way to give us great service, she gives treats to my dog “Daisy” She’s very nice and polite. Thanks, Joann! 📬

Recently moved here to my gf house and the delivery person decided he has no idea who i am so he refused to delivery my packages to us. I had to go to the post office to pick them up where I was told “my name isn’t on the mailbox so he won’t deliver it” but her name isn’t either so??
Then today I got a condescending note on my package saying I must use my ACTUAL name or he won’t deliver it next time. Funny my license says I’m Freya. The blacked out part is her name so he apparently think we are the same person. Lived all over state and only time I’ve ever had this issues. I’ve never once had to put my name on a mailbox or use a change of address.
