- SGScott GreenSep 5, 20241.0I will say our regular postal carrier is AWESOME! However, when he goes on vacation, the rest of the staff are terrible. We got a parcel box holder and a large mailbox like they asked us to. They constantly put "Delivery Attempt: Action Needed Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)" but there was no delivery attempt. I call the post office and the guy "Bob" answers and says "yeah, your driver is on vacation and I told the substitute to mark is not delivered." The substitute didn't even leave the post office to verify I had a parcel box holder AND a large mailbox. Total laziness.
