Amazon delivered my packages to the post office thus extending my delivery by 2 days. This was a time sensitive delivery and very important. I saw the packages were at my local post office so I went to go pick them up as I needed them asap (they were suppose to be delivered direct to my address from Amazon). The young man at the counter was extremely inattentive and very rude to begin with. He was not welcoming or warm in anyway even after I said hello and asked how are you. I told him about my packages he confirmed my packages were there but refused to give them to me. He said that I can get them when they are delivered to my address in a day or 2. I explained they were suppose to be delivered days ago and that shipping was late - which I know isn’t their fault but that I would really appreciate if I could get them as I wouldn’t be asking if it wasn’t a necessity. He snarled in my face and said no and that he didn’t feel like going through that bin right now and then walked away from the counter. Rude. Unprofessional. And unaccommodating.

Great staff, do their best to put up with a lot of nonsense and complainers that clearly know what the posted hours are, and that they only have one counter person yet still find time to sigh like they have more important things to do than stand in lines. Thank you to our postal staff for maintaining their professionalism!

Wrong mail in our box 4 times in 6 months! One letter received here in Triangle 3 times. (same letter). Clearly addressed Canal St Greene, NY. with large printed letters! I wonder where some of our important mail has ended up!
