- ABayrica buntSep 3, 20251.0Amazon delivered my packages to the post office thus extending my delivery by 2 days. This was a time sensitive delivery and very important. I saw the packages were at my local post office so I went to go pick them up as I needed them asap (they were suppose to be delivered direct to my address from Amazon). The young man at the counter was extremely inattentive and very rude to begin with. He was not welcoming or warm in anyway even after I said hello and asked how are you. I told him about my packages he confirmed my packages were there but refused to give them to me. He said that I can get them when they are delivered to my address in a day or 2. I explained they were suppose to be delivered days ago and that shipping was late - which I know isn’t their fault but that I would really appreciate if I could get them as I wouldn’t be asking if it wasn’t a necessity. He snarled in my face and said no and that he didn’t feel like going through that bin right now and then walked away from the counter. Rude. Unprofessional. And unaccommodating.

We got a parcel box holder and a large mailbox like they asked us to. They constantly put "Delivery Attempt: Action Needed Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)" but there was no delivery attempt. I call the post office and the guy "Bob" answers and says "yeah, your driver is on vacation and I told the substitute to mark is not delivered." The substitute didn't even leave the post office to verify I had a parcel box holder AND a large mailbox. Total laziness.
