They never answer the phone and the manager is never there and even if he is, his door is always closed and locked because he's probably sleeping on his desk. There's always only one employee working there which causes a line to go out the door (I think his name is Kevin who I'd give 5 Stars to). Better off using a different service or going to a different USPS office; it's worth it.
