One woman who works here is friendly but I rarely see her. The other woman is the exact opposite. Smiling and acting like you have the slightest care in the world shouldn’t be so difficult. Such a miserable place 90% of the time.

The Grand Island, NY post office is horrible. The staff is rude. The supervisor is useless.

Just went to apply for a passport for my son. The lady was immediately rude, saying appointments are strongly encouraged. The place was empty. If it were busy i certainly would have understood her frustration, but walkins are aloud. She then spent more energy looking for reasons she couldnt serve me than trying to help. She said my son needed photo ID which was incorrect according the the government website as mine would be sufficient. When i told her that she said i "could contact the state." I eventually just left as she clearly was more interested in being wrong than doing her job.

Why how damn rude is this place? I went in this morning to ship a few ebay sales. Now I am a disabled individual who cant be standing to long. So I like to have the teller help with my labeling it just goes faster. However the lady at the counter was unperfossonal and rude. She told me that I had to get out of the way to let a lady that was behind me go first. Well she said this because she told me I needed to be ready and I told her was.and she waved me to the right so the lady behind me can go. I stated that ill just use the kiosk to print my labels which took way longer. What a unpleasant unprofessional experience I had today. It may take me a bit longer to do this but I will be going to a different post office and I suggest yall do the same if you wanted to be treated like a coustmer and not a inconvenience.

We have put our mail on hold numerous times while on vacation to be delivered or picked up at specified date only to find mail has been delivered any way. We have complained about this many times. Same has happened with forwarded mail. Checked my sons mailbox while he was away they delivered all his mail a week early along with his mail request which clearly stated the mail start and stop dates!!! How hard can it be? They are aware of the problem yet they are ignoring it!!
