- KBK BMar 30, 20241.0There’s an African American male employee that works there. My mother has complained on numerous occasions of his terrible treatment towards her. My mother is Jamaican just to be clear. He charged her over 130 dollars for an express delivery using their own packaging when she was specifically told BY HIM that there was a flat rate fee well under 100 dollars. My mother is an older woman and I honestly wish workers like him would be kinder and have a bit more patience instead of being crabby and grabbing items from my mother. They really know who to treat poorly because it could never be me. I will be making calls to complain if this continues happening.
