your workers are absolutely insanely disgusting and disrespectful. my sister sent us Legos and the post office ripped off the packing slip and then left us a note saying we missed the delivery when they never tried to deliver it (our address and my sister’s address were both on the box) and so me and my brother went to the post office to figure it out and we were met with absolutely no one at the desk, we pushed the button waited 5 minutes and still no one came up so we pushed the button again, finally a worker came up and when we explained the situation she was like “ well if you can read the slip says postage is due” when we have proof the postage was in fact payed when my sister sent it and we showed her proof of the postage being payed and she got extremely rude to us and was like “i need a different picture as you can see this doesn’t have the address of the post office and our receipts have the address so this doesn’t prove it’s yours, mind you all the information was the same (weight, height, the contents) so we called my sister and while my brother was on the phone the post office girl snatched the package back off the counter saying “i’m not gonna let this get stolen by you” ITS OUR PACKAGE!!! and then started talking crazy to me telling me my brother has to calm down or else she will send the package back to the sender, which if the postage wasn’t paid she wouldn’t be able to do that…. which proves our postage was in fact paid as we had told her it was. she proceeded to toss the phone back to me yelling take his phone and shooing it away when we handed it to her for the tracking info and then rolled her eyes and came back over to us 5 mins later and tossed the 10 pound package onto the counter and went to walk away so when i asked if we can leave she was like yeah go and refused to hand us a receipt stating that the tracking info would say the package was delivered which it wasn’t we had told go and get the package and deal with that horrible attitude

I literally thought the cashier was joking when she refused to go check and see if I had mail. I would be mistaken. Blatantly lied about me checking for my mail the day before. Insinuated I'm the liar. I hope she feels good bullying a cancer survivor
