They are lazy and if your address is not perfect, they will just send it back because they are too lazy to look up a name (even though sending it back probably causes them more work). They don't care how important or time sensitive the package may be to you. Read back at the most recent reviews. Everybody feels the same way about the people who work there. Time for a change.
