As I stepped up to the window today to buy two postage stamps, the clerk abruptly, without a word, placed the "closed" sign on the desk directly in front of me. Apparently, according to the clerk at the next window, the window was being closed due to the fact this employee should have been off work 10 minutes ago. I find this kind of behavior intolerable and, frankly, rude and disrespectful. Being late to get off work is no excuse to subject customers to this kind of treatment.

Our mailman has been so rude to us. To the point he won't deliver our mail or packages but deliver mail to our neighbors. The other day he came slamming his fist on our door and when we awnsered, he said in a rude yelling tone that we HAVE to shovel for him otherwise he won't come to us.... there was absolutely no snow on the ground and we just got done unpacking our boxes. Then another day I was out shoveling because we had a snow storm and he drove right up to our garage and handed me our mail and packages and said " he's your mail " in a snarky tone. And now it's been almost 4 days and we still haven't received our mail or anything from him. But our neighbors have all of their stuff.
We have always been super nice to him because we're new here but from day one he's been like this to us. We just want our mail, I will literally make him hot chocolate and food because I know it's cold out and we appreciate anyone who works and does their job. But like Sir.... who hurt you are you okay??
