- ALAnne LhuillierApr 5, 20245.0With all the bad reviews dating back to several years ago, I thought it was time to update it. I don’t know what went on all with each person who left these bad reviews and negative comments and I don’t want to deny their experience. HOWEVER… All I know is that this post office has wonderful workers who always smile and greet me when I come in and greet them with a smile. They deal with a LOT of packages and are the heart of this small community. I don’t know how people would get their mail and packages if they weren’t around. They are always willing to help and I have never seen them be rude with anyone. They are friendly and I for one am grateful for their work. Thank you to the crew of workers at USPS Glen Spey, NY. I am grateful for all you do. 🙏🏼

Not really sure what the problem is but it’s very frustrating having to drive to get your mail when you’re paying for free shipping. I was told last time that a carrier had Covid so I found it interesting to see no employees wearing a mask.

Compared to the people who worked there before her she’s a breath of fresh air! The mail people before her were nasty and rude and I know many people who dreaded having to go there with something knowing they would get a nasty response. Thank you Nancy for being so sweet always, we hope she stays for awhile!

Only phone number available is 800 number with 1 1/2 hour wait time!!! Really and no local number to call post office directly! I'd give a minus 5 star rating if available.
