  I thought snail mail was a phrase… turns out it’s a business model. Came in to pick up mail, left feeling like I got trapped in a Stranger Things episode, but I would probably move quicker in the Upside-Down!! First I stood at the counter 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment, just fully ignored, like a stapler on clearance. Finally I ask if anyone can help me, and the one guy in Copy & Print, who looked like he was personally keeping Staples alive, says, “Yes, unfortunately.” (That should be printed on the receipts.) Then the Assistant Mgr comes over, spends the next 10 minutes trying to get into the iPostal device… while trying to get help from another manager via walkie-talkie!!! Then another five minutes because the app still won’t work… they basically wave the white flag and hand me my mail without even signing it out. At one point I honestly wondered if Staples got caught in a government shutdown; And while all this is happening, an aloof manager doesn’t come over to help… just radios directions over a walkie-talkie from somewhere else while one overworked employee is drowning at the counter. Retail keeps wondering why customers disappear, meanwhile a simple mail pickup turns into an endurance test because customer service feels too exhausted to function. This wasn’t just slow… it felt like no one in charge cared enough to step in… and this isn’t unusual. Every visit here is some version of this. Then there’s Staples bringing back “That Was Easy.” Please. Easy? This felt more like “Your request is under review.” The Easy button should just say: “Good luck.” I came for mail and got federal agency energy. What the hell.

  Came here to print out some things for my sisters bridal shower - I always come here to print out all my graphics. It was the Saturday before the party and I had some technical difficulties with the other place I was using and the nice employee Dan was so quick and helped me get everything I needed!! THANK YOU DAN!!!!

  I love this Staples so much. I visit this location quite often and I've had a great experience every time. They offer so much value, and convenience for everyday needs. I notice i have purchased less on Amazon because of how convenient they are. I do my returns here, I buy balloons and party items here (SO THANKFUL for the Party City collab, theres NO WHERE to get balloons and stuff anymore!), office items, I've done my passport photos here, and more. The staff is very kind and always willing to help. Highly recommend!
