The young lady at the UPS/Amazon return desk is probably the most miserable person I've ever encountered in my life. She barely acknowledges your existence and makes it seem like you're a burden for interrupting her time scrolling on her phone. She does not respond to any greeting, such as hello or thank you and pretty much just comes short of tossing the return receipt at you. I thought it was just me at first, but I've been in there multiple times with the same experience, and clearly so have others.

You would think when a customer approaches she would say hello! I had to say hello 2xs to get acknowledgment that I was even standing there.
