  Considering the fact that corporate profits have hollowed out every single freaking retail outlet on the planet, I was lucky to find one of the two people working in this monstrous store. What the heck are these MBA guys thinking? Let's just run people ragged and give the absolute mid minimum that could possibly be offered. No expertise, no nothing. Just restocking and running register. Here comes AI kids, I got no idea what's coming but I'm pretty sure it's not going to be pretty.

  Normally a positive experience. Today was nothing more than a "cat and mouse" game of stalling for time with sole concern for closing the doors on time at 9:00 pm - when it was 8:45 pm - in a situation where the matter was extremely unexpected and quite urgent. I understand that time & organizational budget matter. I do. When employees stress "we close in x minutes" every few minutes - 🤣 thats a problem. But - in an empty store with 3 people on staff and 1 or 2 customers needing service(of which they were at the customer service counter) is wild to me - especially when 2 of the 3 employees were free - its one thing - truly being unable to assist - it's quite another - not wanting to simply because you want to go home and leave on time. Either way - it is what it is - I can't say that I'll ever set foot in this location anytime soon. Urgency (Medical reasons - having to take first train out to head upstate) vs sheer will. Be good though 🫡

  Went in on a Sunday- last thing i wanted to be doing was shipping services (both USPS and amazon returns). I dreaded a line and having to explain to the person the difference in the packages. Lo and behold, there was no line and then a girl named Natalie swooped in like a hawk with a friendly hello and immediately took charge of the situation. I didnt have to explain a thing. She quickly scanned the USPS packages and gave me a receipt in under 5 seconds literally. And then she did the amazon return in 10 seconds. It was the most efficient pleasant service that i have ever received in my life. Kudos !! This employee is top notch!! thank you

  I usually only write good reviews, but I felt like this warranted one. The young lady at the UPS/Amazon return desk is probably the most miserable person I've ever encountered in my life. She barely acknowledges your existence and makes it seem like you're a burden for interrupting her time scrolling on her phone. She does not respond to any greeting, such as hello or thank you and pretty much just comes short of tossing the return receipt at you. I thought it was just me at first, but I've been in there multiple times with the same experience, and clearly so have others.
