    I've been standing waiting for more than 15 minutes for someone to help me at the print desk. The store has only two employees today, mid day, the Saturday before Xmas.

    We have been shopping here for years. This place is going down hill. Customer service (for returns)? I don't know why they call it customer service.. Employee very vocal on politics.

    I went here to return some Amazon items. I normally go to UPS, however it looks like that's not an option anymore, at least in Geneva. So because of the customer service I just received. Next time I will be going to a different drop off location. The woman was very rude and irritable. She did not greet me that just started telling me to take things out of the box. Last time I was here. Nobody even knew that they accepted Amazon returns. Then, she scanned the wrong box with the wrong QR code and I wasn't upset. I just let her know that the one she scanned wasn't the right one and she acted like she was mad at me about it when it was just a mistake. Rude.

    I got to the Geneva NY Staples just before 12 noon when they were to open today Sunday 11/23/25 and waited until 12:10 and there was no associate to unlock the door. There were many people waiting to go in. We all left. Not a good way to do business.
